Hello guys and gals and welcome to my blog. Now I never intended to start a blog, and I'm definitely the person who "jumps to recipe" when I'm on a food blog (sorry fellow creators) But here's the skinny. There is so much going on in the real estate world all the time, every day, all at once. It is ever evolving and hyper local and yet follows national trends at the same time. You search one term and you have a different definition that is applicable to many different markets and at the same time doesn't apply in another. You can actually be correct and wrong at the same time and for most, that is frightening. (see we actually do more than just open doors). The majority of my clients do not have the privilege or opportunity to buy or sell in person or in perfect circumstances and that's why this blog is being created. It is my job and honor to educate first then assist in the buy or sell journey. Not to build the plane while it's flying with your biggest purchase. Hi, my name is Allisha. I am a REALTOR who serves buyers and sellers in the Fort Bragg, NC surrounding areas. I am a mom, a military brat, a military spouse, thrifter, gardener, micro homesteader, dip connoisseur, and now I am a blogger.  I will be diving into trends, current activities, comparisons, and all that jazz.
